Inquiry (采购产品): Inexpensive Static Cling Film We are interested in purchasing static cling film from you as well as having you “laminate” that cling film to a metallic foil to form a cling film/metallic foil “composite”.Attached is a picture of such a cling film/metallic foil “composite”. The top piece is the metallic foil with the metal layer facing up. Below that is a static cling film. Below the cling film is the paper backing.We will purchase separately the metallic foil from another company in China, and that company will ship rolls of the metallic foil directly to you.The metallic foil is 12 microns thick. The thickness of the cling film can be anywhere between 0.1mm to 0.2mm. The paper backing should be 1.5-2 times thicker than normal copier paper, perhaps with a plastic coating on the side facing the cling film.Here is the construction of the composite and their dimensions:1) Metallic foil: 305mm x 320mm.2) Static cling film: 305mm x 305mm.3) Paper backing: 305mm x 305mm.Note that the metallic foil is 15mm longer than the cling film and paper backing.
