Inquiry (采购产品): Rod Rack hello, I am writing to see if you can help or refer me. I have an application where there are rings being ground on a lathe (they vary from approx. 3 in dia up to 12 in. dia) they are precision metal faced seals. Once the rings are ground they are loaded onto metal rods, approx. 4 foot long the number of rings loaded depends on the capability of the next operation but the rod length never changes, then the lathe operator walks them across a short aisle and onto a staging rack ready for the next operation, we currently use a antiquated system of angled channel iron which infrequently results in rod falling off (rings everywhere) I would like a design where the lathe operator puts these rods on from the rear and the operator takes them off from the other side and they advance as the rods are taken off. The rods loaded with rings can weigh anywhere from 12 to 20 lbs depending on ring size any thoughts or help weould be greatly appreciated. Regards.
