Inquiry (采购产品): Recycle Your Coolant !! “If you’re a machine shop and you use coolant but are not recycling it, you are throwing away your money” Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Jim Myers and I have worked in the machining community for nearly twenty years as a Millwright and have had to deal with the issues surrounding coolant use. I’ve seen the waste generated by the use of coolant and have, like many others before me, came to the same conclusion. If I could recycle my coolant I could conceivably save hundreds if not thousands of dollars in new coolant purchases and disposal charges. I had the plans in my head for several years on how I could build an effective coolant recycler but it wasn’t until I started working for my last employer that I had the chance to put my plans into action. Here was a medium size machine shop with forty + machine tools and no means to recycle their coolant. After speaking to the owner and explaining to him how it could be done and why it should be done, he gave me the ok to go ahead and build him a recycler. Within one month’s time, we went from no recycling program to a fully functioning recycler. One year later we had gone from an average coolant concentrate usage of 85 gals. per month, to an astounding 45 gals. per month. That was a savings of over $7000 that year for coolant purchased and that doesn’t include the savings from the lack of disposal. I now have the means to build recyclers for sale to the machining community and would like to extend this offer to you. You may have already looked into the pricing of the other guys’ recyclers; I don’t believe anyone can beat my price. With a pay back of one year or less, how could you go wrong? Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more on the benefits of recycling. Jim Myers 920 889-9112 jammermfg@aol.com **** Hidden Message ***** Jim Myers W6331 Westwind Rd.
