Sporting and Leisure Goods Inquiry (采购产品): Sporting and Leisure Goods Dear Sirs I am very interested in importing your waterproof green lasers into Europe. I would be very keen to start distribution of them for you and would be delighted to do so exclusively. I am a medical doctor, but run a graphics company also, called Lazatek (sounds like laser tech.) I am also a very keen SCUBA diver. I have close links with several SCUBA diving shops. Divers love gadgets and toys, and this would also be a very useful tool for divers in wrecks, caves, or just at night. The idea of a green laser that works underwater is one that they will not be able to resist, and would happily pay good money for. If they are indeed as good as I think they will be, then this will be very successful. It would be possible to market them in a variety of powers (1mW, 5mW,100mW, 300mW, etc.) depending on country limits on laser power, and also potential laser ranges; also of interest is waterproof depth ratings ( and lt;5m, and lt;20m, and lt;40m) which would allow us to vary the cost to keep the market open to a persons price range, if you are able to supply them in this manner. I would be keen to know what powers and depth ratings they can be made to, and also if they can be supplied with European (mainland and UK) plugs on the charger. Marketing would be by internet initially, with an opportunity to re-sell at local shop level. I would be interested if this takes off in taking distribution further afield, such as to the US, where I also have contacts. I am very interested in a sample of course, so that visibility can be tested, and so that if we were to go ahead then a video of underwater use could be made so that this could be posted on a website to encourage pre-orders. There is plenty of footage of lasers, but not underwater. I have registered www.scubalasers.com, such is my belief that this is a very viable business opportunity.
