Due to specific machine configurations, tools and programs, both sides of the steel tube-ends of a catalytic converter or silencer can be necked-in, in one operation, to different shapes and diameters, all within a single part if required. Concurrently, we are capable of inserting, positioning and monitoring the sub straight in the silencer. Utilizing another M&M Patent, we are able monitor and control the tube wall thickness and final product length. We are also pleased to inform you about the latest breakthrough developments in the spinning technology. These developments will allow you to produce, very cost effective, low volume runs, while substantially increasing your output per machine.
