Inquiry (采购产品): humidity measurement help? I am a student at Northeastern in Boston, working on an engineering research and design project in the Northeastern Labs funded by a company NuVant. We are working with a fuel cell which requires supply of a humidified gas, oxygen, air, or Hydrogen. The dry gas is passed through a humidifier via. a 1/4" O.D. stainless or copper tube with Swage-Lock fittings. I am not familiar with the measurement of humidity in a gas moving through a pipe. I have an idea of the relative humidity, however I would like to be able to measure the actual humidity of the gas at 1,2 or several places in the system so that I can record and do some better testing. What are my options for this type of application in terms of sensors, and measurement equipment? Possibly a type of sensor that I could install in several places with leads to a hand-held device, or a stationary display which can take inputs from several sensors, or a sensor that can report to a computer? This 1st purchase will be a limmitted number, as I am still unsure of how this measurement will be taken, however has the potential to grow as this type of measurement would be helpful in many different fuel cell, set up and measurement equipment throughout the company, and would be a piece of the assembly after it leaves the beta stage and enters the market in the coming year.
