Our main production facilities include one 2000-ton fast forging machine, two 30-ton ultra-high-power electric furnaces, one 30-ton LF fining furnace and one 30-ton VD fining furnace, four 1-10 ton electroslag furnaces, three 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN fast forging machine, one 16MN fast forging machine and one 45MN (2008 operation) fast forging machine. The test equipments mainly include large Direct Reading spectrograph made in Switzerland, flaw detector and other equipments. We mainly manufacture forged round bars and squares of alloy steel with more than 300 grades, which are in accordance with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards. We can also produce customized round bars of alloy steel according to the particular chemical composition. Our main specification is from Φ80mm to Φ600mm, and the single weight can be more than 10 tons.
