Inquiry (采购产品): EPT004J I called your 24 hr line last night 10/6/08 and reveived no response. I have an issue with some Honeywell/Skinner 3-way solenoid valves purchased under my P.O. 10202521. These valves were to be P/N EPT004J 120VAC. However when we installed them It was observerd that what we received were either 277V or 480V valves. This is not what I ordered. Please advise ASAP. We are in a refuel outage and need these valves for start-up. I can be reached via E-mail, or at 315-349-6621.
