Our peak operation pressure is 5000 PSI and naturally the pipe ratings will be TBD higher. We are located in St. Petersburg, Florida and we are at the proposal stage of the job. From my spec: The HPSGNSC piping circuits, lines, fittings, connections and lines and attaching parts shall be subjected to a hydrostatic test of 1.3 times the maximum design pressure for a period of 10 minutes to determine conformance. A rough estimate of your cost to perform and logistics would be very helpful.
