Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request We are currently reviewing thermoplastic hot dipping and would like to know a few options in high temp low cost heat. Our system would allow our parts to pass through heat and quickly emerge in thermoplastic. The dipping process from heat to dipping is only about four feet. Parts that are dipping are small about two inches wide by 6 inches long, 14 gage like an S in shape. We would like to process 750 parts per hour. The part temperature should be no less then 400 F when dipping in thermoplastic. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
