We provide customized services for manufacturers and commercial businesses on labor intensive and semi-automated projects, including: Aesthetic Visual Inspections Quality Inspections Sorting Assembling Testing and Measurement Verification Kitting Packaging/Shrink Packaging Re-working Warehousing/Fulfillment Clients use CHRYSPAC for many reasons: A project is too expensive to automate Insufficient plant space Inappropriate work for regular employees Incompatibility with internal production Too few supervisors Depending on the size of the job and the time it takes to complete the job, we can perform a time study and provide your company with a per piece price. We can provide freight as well. The freight charge would be a pass through expense with no uplift. Most companies we work with supply all materials necessary for their projects, (bags, boxes and labels). However, if you ever need for CHRYSPAC to purchase these materials for you, we can do so. This too will be a pass through expense with no uplift. After we inspect/package parts, we place a green certified sticker on the outside of the boxes. This sticker states the date that the parts were inspected/packaged and also the name of the inspector who handled those parts. This service is available to your company as well. We take our ISO Certification very seriously. All inspectors working on your jobs will be trained and written Work Instructions with pictures will be placed at every work station. Inspectors can refer to these work instructions as needed, throughout the inspection/packaging process. Additionally, all parts and boxes are audited by our Quality Technician on a daily basis. We have a proven track record for reducing costs for the above services with many companies including Associated Spring, Harley-Davidson, Huf North America, Serigraph, KMC Metal Stampings, Strattec, International Truck and Engine and We Energies to name a few. The assembly services we are providing to We Energies reduced their costs by 50% last year!
