Inquiry (采购产品): Electrical Supplies I purchased a generating set constructed by your company, model number es6500qxs (red in color) and the plastic cooling fan on the alternator came loose due to a manufacturing fault. This caused the alternator to overheat and be damaged beyond repair (Burnt out). I am enquiring as to the possibility of obtaining a replacement alternator as the petrol motor is undamaged and the generating set has only had 20 hours of use.
