This innovated process needs commercialization. The medicinal plant parts used are also used in Ayurveda (The traditional Indian Art of Medicine to beautify and prolong life). They are health promoting and beauty enhancing. They are ideal for (oral & external application); for hair dyeing with natural mordants, lips, cheek coloring and all color cosmetics; tablet coating & capsule coloring (pharma use); for food coloring with sickness preventive measures, etc etc. Every color is an alternative medicine (instant) to cure many complicated chronic ailments forever, as Aurveda dictates. The project profile is given below: Object: The project process was developed by lab work that needs data adaptable to commercial production and use, so equipments are designed accordingly as these dyes contain no oil. Process: The plant parts containing dye: fruits, flowers, leaves, barks, wood and roots of various medicinal plants, need heat treatment in water medium for color extraction. No catalyst or reagent is used. This innovation is the congress of ayurveda and chemical engineering. It removes cell walls (fiber) which are insoluble & indigestible and create ineffective use. The Produce: The finished powder is highly effective and instantly soluble like instant coffee, do not carry any insoluble part like oleoresin in powder or liquid form. No preservative is used. These are world class wonder colors. Uses:(a) As Cosmetic colors; (b) As Pharmaceutical drug colors & (c) As Food, confectionary, candy colors. Raw Material: They are in plenty in India . Progress in the project: Of the equipment required - grinder, stainless steel pressure vessel, filter- condenser and spray drier have been fabricated, they need installation. They have the capacity of three to five kilograms per eight hours. They are for data adaptability towards commercial production on larger equipment. This step is for reducing raw material wastage. Background of the innovator: The innovator is a post-graduate with 23 years of business experience in marketing with top seven companies of India for entire Uttar Pradesh. Project requirement and prospects: Collaboration is required from cosmetic/ pharmaceutical drug /Food color using industry to further the project.
