The last time we did speak on the phone, you assured me that Kearfott's Moore Jig Borer would be complete and ready for inspection by Thursday, July 31, 2008. When American Machine was contacted again on Monday, August 4, 2008, to confirm inspection for that day, Kearfott was informed that the Jig Borer was still not ready. American Machine Tool Repair & Rebuilding Co., Inc., had originally quoted a 10-12 week turnaround time for this equipment to be refurbished. This equipment has in fact been at American Machine for years and it is still not ready (as promised). Furthermore, I have not been afforded the courtesy of a return call from you, even though I have stressed the urgency to resolve this matter. If you feel that this machine cannot (or will not) be repaired in a timely manner, I will arrange for it to be picked-up at your facility. Please respond ASAP!
