We are Khair Mohammad Trading Company that need to know about (Liquid Nitrogen Plant) with specifications below. Please tell us that do you have such a plant, if yes so what is the price of one unit like in our area? Please notify that your immediate respond is our aim. Please pay attention on this matter that if you have such below product and if our customer will accept it we need two persons for installation and two persons for training the mentioned plant. Required Specifications · Liquid Nitrogen Plant · Production capacity: at least 10 usable litres of liquid nitrogen with a purity of at least 99% per hour at nominal operating conditions. The plant should have the possibility to expand production level to 20 l/hour when the future needs for LN increase. · Minimum storage capacity for liquid nitrogen is 500 litres ; it must include a level indicator and a sensor for automatic stop of the plant when the tank is full. · Relevant International standards should be observed: such as Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and ISO certification · The maintenance interval should be 6,000 operating hours for a standard service · The offer should include consumable parts (filters, compressor oil) for at least 6,000 operating hours · The offer should include a tool kit for maintenance, service and repair plus the spare parts to enable a smooth operation for 6,000 operating hours. · Plant room space: 6 x 4.5 x 3 m (l x w x h). · Noise level is 70 dBA (maximum). · Voltage 380/400 Volts and frequency 50 Hz, 3 phases. Power consumption max 20 kW · The plant must be fully automatic and full production should be reached within 10 minutes after a stop of any duration. · The plant shall not need a purging or defrosting procedure. · Nominal operating conditions: plant room temperature up to 45°C and relative humidity up to 95%. · Options can be included if supplier recommends them for improved operational efficiency of the plant. The price of optional equipment will not be included in the bid price and it should be mentioned separately. Possible options are: · Chiller for cooling water supply · Voltage stabilizer for utility power station · The successful bidder will be responsible for installation, commissioning to be included into the bid. · The successful bidder shall arrange 15 days of training of two persons either in Afghanistan or elsewhere to ensure that these persons are capable of providing full service and maintenance.
