Quote Request-Fire Sprinkler Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request-Fire Sprinkler Phase 2 UEPH Barracks PN 068793, FY 2008 Fort Hood, Texas Project Description: This Project is a new 480 bed UEPH Barracks. Each will be a slab on grade, structural steel and stick-framed structure, with an approximate footprint (TBD) for a total of 175,680gsf. Work includes wood floor and roof trusses. 2x6 exterior wall construction with sheathing, insulation, air and vapor barriers and colored split face CMU veneer, full height. Roofing will be standing seam metal roofing with flashing, gutters, and downspouts. Flooring above grade will be VCT over lightweight concrete (Gypcrete), over sound deadening mat, over 3/4" plywood. Aluminum sliding windows, wood and hollow metal doors. Interior walls and ceilings will be gypsum board. Plastic laminate cabinets and countertops. Variety of plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories and mirrors. Signage. Fire Protection. Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Buy American Act. Prevailing Wages.
