Inquiry (采购产品): Need instruction manual. To whom it concerns: I have some of your ladders in my factory that’s missing the instruction manual which the safety decal states is attached to the ladder. The decal says to read the manual before using the ladder. I went though your online catalogue and it looks like it is 5 step model H518SU, 20x37 with abrasive mat tread. If possible, I’d like to get the manual as a PDF file so I can print as many as needed. If it must be mailed, please drop me an email so I know to look for it in my mailstop. I don't check it often.
