Inquiry (采购产品): Looking for Acrylic for Lighting Application I operate a business that prints decorative artwork on Acrylic sheets normally 47 3/4 x 23 3/4 and 46 3/8 x 22 1/8. Currently I am using .080 thick Acrylic, Stipple Textured, Opal white. It is specifically designed for the lighting applications I'm servicing. I have begun to consider a different type of material. The material seems to have "grain". If you crack it it runs. I'm having difficulty shipping it successfully, and at .080 it is perhaps thicker than I would like, and with the flexibility it has, it does sag just a bit under it's own weight. Quantities I have a steadily growing business, and am up to around 200 acrylic sheets/month usage. Custom Sizes in addition to Pallete Quantities I do also service clients that want custom sizes in low qty. We would perhaps need a way to accomodate this also. Some of these sizes are cut from oversize stock. What I would like The ideal surface for my printing application would have a very fine "sand-blasted" texture. This makes the transitions from ink to no ink (white areas in the art) an invisible transition. I'm estimating that something around .065, with a stiff springy characteristic will give me a lightweight solution that will pass light well, and stand up to the rigors of shipping.
