There is an assembling factory which we have shared in the company doing the assembling process. 3. We use the Essilor 's 3D Lens auto Edger: Kapa and Gama. I can guarantee you that we can meet your need of 2000-3000 per week AND the PD should be 100% accurate. We’ll check the power of the lenses before assembling.
