The unit shall be of self-priming, electric start engine and pump mounted on two wheels frame with fixed trailer feet. The frame shall have provision for towing by pick-up or tractor and the fixed feet shall be adjustable. The wheel shall be fitted with pneumatic tyres with inner tubes, Tool for routine maintenance, 1 (One) set battery for each set of sludge de-watering pump and spare parts as recommended by the manufacturer as adequate for two years operation shall be provided with each unit.
