Inquiry (采购产品): Boiler Purchase PURCHASE / INSTALLATION SERVICE Service shall include: ? Shipment of two (2) metal decked 48 foot, two or three axle trailers. ? Trailers will be “stand alone” units requiring only Potable water, 480 VAC 3phase 30 amp power, natural gas (@ 3-5 psig), steam hose or piping to connect to system and to an industrial drain. ? Each trailer will have on board a central control panel housing a lead-lag controller, TDS controller, and burner on-off switches. Each trailer will also have water softeners, chemical feed system, feed water system and controls. The units will all be pre-piped so that the trailers can be connected to utilities by hose, pipe or SO electrical cord. ? Each Trailer will have 9 ea. 9.5 Horsepower (399,000 btu/hr input each). ? Pipe in fresh water line to package boilers. ? Install blow down lines from rental boilers to existing blow down tanks. ? Install gas line from boilers to existing gas line. (Note: It is assumed that adequate gas pressure and volume is present to operate the rental boiler. This may need to be verified with the gas company.) ? Install steam line from boilers to existing steam lines. ? Run electrical cable from the two boilers trailers to separate 480 VAC emergency disconnects located on the step down transformer on the North side of the Boiler Plant. ? Pipe support and bracing as needed. ? Provide start up and commissioning of units. ? Perform training for plant personnel NOTE: ? All work will be performed during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 0730 hours to 1530 hours, excluding State Holidays. ? Delivery of parts and boilers is six (6) weeks, duration of two days for complete installation of all boilers. ? No building and air quality permits are included. Contractor will assist State in permit applications. Purchased units will be Low Nox boilers. ?
