Inquiry (采购产品): Service & Maintenance To Customer Service, I am writing for some information to assist in our purchasing and procurement processes. In our operation we have (3) Easi-OPC-30TT, (2) 560-OPC-30tt and (2)102T-F45L Walkie's. All of this Equipment was purchased through G.N. Johnston Equipment CO. LTD. Also, G.N. Johnston Equipment CO. LTD has and is currently providing service and maintenance to our equipment and the service provided over the yaers has been exceptional. As with all large organizations our purchasing and procurement processes are looked at to ensure that we are receiving the best dollar value in the market place for goods and services. Therefor, please provide me with the answers to a couple of questions I have regarding service, maintenance and replacement parts for our equipment needs. Q. In the Greater Toronto area other than G.N. Johnston Equipment CO. LTD. are there any other suppliers/distributors that are qualified to provide service/maintenance to our Raymond equipment? Q. In the Greater Toronto area other than G.N. Johnston Equipment CO. LTD. are there any other suppliers/distributors that replacement parts can be purchased from for our Raymond equipment?
