For my research work I have to make Reactor with quartz crystal microbalance for thin film growth by atomic layer deposition. I am following paper of Elam, Groner and George and I came to know that they used QCM from Colorado Crystal Corporation(Part No. CCAT1BK-1007-000).So i want some details about quartz crystal microbalance.
