We currently die strike brass, nickel silver, copper and zinc coins. We would like a way to "color" the zinc and make it look like gold/brass and like copper/bronze. Is there a process you can recommend? Barrel Plating, anodizing, whatever. We need to "color" 1,000 to 2,000 1.5" to 2.25" coins each day. We would prefer a turn key process, but will remain open to what is available. We are also open to polishing equipment and finishing equipment/tanks. We currently operate in 36,000 square feet, but would like to confine this to as SMALL an area as possible and reasonable. Any equipment, chemistry, processing we can use that avoids OSHA and EPA red flags will be higly considered. Consistency of finished product and ease of operation are important.
