Aluminum Product Information Inquiry (采购产品): Aluminum Product Information Greetings, I’d like to first off thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to read this email. I am sure, like most, your time is very limited so I will make this short and straight to the point. Our company Premier Hardware and Extrusion is a hard working American company who, like most successful businesses, have found it very cost effective to do business off shore and in turn pass those savings along to our customers. Most people have the misconception of is that China makes “inferior products”. Truth is we make products to your specs, thicknesses, finishes down to a T and to assure quality we have 6 quality control on staff at all time. Four of them Americans(one being the owner of the company), and the other 2 being Chinese who are bi-lingual. Meaning, that at any point customer support is available at all times. We also have 4 offices here in the United states built just for customer service and to deal with anything that may need attention in the States. Truth is 6063 aluminum is 6063 whether it’s made here in the States, Africa, China, Austria etc, so why not save whenever possible? Our current clients are already experiencing the luxury of seam-less ordering from start to finish. We offer guaranteed production lead times, allowing them to level their inventories, increase turns, and at the same time freeing up company assets. By owning our own factory in China, you will experience true direct manufacturing prices as we are not middle men nor a trading company. We do not warehouse anything here in the United States, by eliminating that overhead we are able to offer the most competitive pricing available. Our products come straight from our factory, onto a cargo ship and straight to our customers doors, no stops! What most don’t understand is that the more times products stop, change hands, or stored, all need to be accounted for, which means an increase in price. The more hands that touch it, the more the price increases and we are proud eliminate that. We custom tailor to each client to benefit their needs because we know that each company operates just a little bit differently and with different demands. You can rest assure that your business is in good hands at PEH, as we have over 25 years of experience in the aluminum and hardware business with 6 of that being in China. Currently we supply over 500 tons of aluminum to the U.S. per month and over 200 tons per month to other parts of the globe. We are dedicated to our customers and they will tell you that. PEH considers itself a small company, though the amount of business we do, because we work with each customer as if they were the only ones we deal with. We have an unlimited amount of services we do for our customers. PEH finish products, powder coat, cut to length, custom design profiles if the customer would like to change something from a current supplier if it benefits them or if they would like an “exclusive design”. We currently supply for screen metal companies, shower door manufactures, marine tubing for towers, Stainless Steel hinges, Sliding glass door manufactures, hurricane shutter companies, custom fence builders, aluminum sheeting for roofing companies etc. Anything that can be extruded, die-casted, injection molded PEH is capable of producing in our 100,000 sq. ft facility overseas, sky is the limit. We even produce and ship over aluminum billet by the 40’ container in all different dimensions to current extruders here in the States.
