Spare parts for disk harrows, plain and notched (crowned) disks: A (mm) B (mm) C (mm) ? 460 3,5 31 ? 460 4,0 31 ? 460 4,5 31 ? 660 5,0 37 ? 660 6,0 37 A = diameter B = thickness C = square central hole The quality of material must be 65 MN with thermal treatments around the disk and sharpened. For first year we have interest to achieve one 20?container (around 20 tones). The quantity must be 65% notched (crowned) and 35% plain. Concerning the size of the crown and raze of the disk should be according with your devices. We can accept all your proposals to release the spare parts except main size and quality of material. To start business we need samples and preliminary quotation. 2. Spare parts for moldboards ploughs according with attached drawings. Should be very good if you recommend us blades made from periodical profile. For example, on Romanian market we have Russian profile 142-D.620L53 and the quality of material is OLC 55 (according with Romanian standard). In case you haven’t this kind of profile we accept a profile made in China near the Russian profile or others proposals. Off course you must to respect the size and quality of material. The blades must be covered with hardening material ( sormait) with thickness between 1,5-2 mm. The blades must be sharpened and on opposite side must be covered with sormait. For first year we have interest to achieve one 20?container (around 20 tones) 3. In same time we are interested if you manufacture blades for Vogel and Nott ploughs.
