Lawsuit Inquiry (采购产品): Lawsuit Hello MCS – Just wanted to send a note from a VERY dissatisfied customer. One that could sue your company for a nice house on the beach if I chose to. Your instructions that I just followed, to the letter, caused one of your front loading frames to explode with shattered glass all over me. In my eyes, all over the floor, and then as I looked down, had cut my wrist. Yes, in my eyes and cut my wrist. I hope you’ll consider yourself lucky that I’m not a sue-happy freeloader that sucks off the system, cause were I, I’d be on the phone with a lawyer instead of my frantic and angry typing of this letter. The only reason I’m not, is that the glass that shattered from your frame, broke into enough pieces I suppose, and very fine particles of dusted glass, and able to avoid lodging in my eyes. The shreds of glass that cut my wrist, were apparently only forced by gravity and did not cut that bad. Though there were two separate cuts and punctures, the blood looked worse than the cuts were. Fortunately for me, and your legal counsel, I was able to wash off the blood and the bleeding has stopped. Your product, or your direction, is VERY dangerous. I was trying to remove the glass as noted in your directions. The straight edges lifted but the corner did not. As noted in the instructions, with the glass facing towards ME, I kept applying more pressure for the corner of the glass to pop free. It popped alright – Shards of glass went everywhere; large in size to small. Then blood. And I’m praying it is all removed from my eyes. Thanks! Not only did your product cut me, in what could have turned out a MUCH more precarious scenario, it also ruined my fiancés birthday present.
