Inquiry (采购产品): Delivery Of Machinery As a Customer of Rosenthal in Australia who placed a Purchase Order on 7th of April 2008, I am extremely disappointed in the service I have currently recieved from both Rosenthal Manufacturing and your Australian Distribution arm Aldus Engineering. The Order as stated was placed in April, and I was avised that delivery would be between 8-12 weeks, my latest correspondance is that the machine will dock into Sydney on the 6th of December some 35 weeks after the PO was sent. As a disgruntled customer I would like some answers as to why the machine has taken so long to be despatched, the communication from Aldus Engineering has been even more disappointing than the long delays, the only response it that it is Rosenthals fault and they were unable to obtain any correspondance. Can someone please contact me as my experiance to date does not fill me with confidence, for the ongoing support of the machine?
