We have a mobile wheel refinishing truck that operates at a local dealerhip, and the neighbors are smelling solvent odors from the truck. The truck is a mini auto repair booth, it's run by a compressor, wheels are sealed and painted over a vent, and the fumes are exhausted outside. Currently they only use a polyester paint filter.
