Business Proposal Inquiry (采购产品): Business Proposal Dear Sir: We wish to present an opportunity to join us in partnership to complete an exciting product for virtually any sports market. With a strong indication of market acceptance as forecasted, our group initiated and has continued the development of a prototype product for the past four years, but our own limited financing and resources have delayed project completion. Although research indicated we were the first in the U.S. to begin development of an electronic communication system for this purpose, we have recently discovered a competitor from the UK with a first generation product to this viable marketplace. Therefore, we have determined the need of joining in partnership with an entity capable of lending financial support and market credibility. Currently, our competitor has proven our research regarding SRP and sales volumes to be accurate, with early sales figures actually exceeding forecasts. Fortunately, we know with certainty that this unique marketplace will allow multiple competitors to prosper financially. With years of research and development, we compiled valued information to help fast-track our products into the marketplace, thereby positioning us as the second producer and a formidable competitor. This proposal is intended to combine our knowledge. Our suggestive role is to assist in bringing the product to fruition by offering support with further product patent registrations, initial marketing contact experience, completed prototype systems, and final design modifications. Our efforts to date indicate clearly that a minimal financial investment, along with an aggressive approach to final development will yield a sellable product which could be ready for market within two months. Time is of the essence as we can rely on additional competition to enter into the market quickly with similar products. Our strategy would allow your company to capture an enormous market share if aggressively pursued. The product, as you may have already seen, is a wireless, hands free radio sold at sporting events. The unit serves as a standard FM radio, which through a strategically placed rebroadcast transmitter allows the listener to hear the play-by-play in real time. By identifying this previously overlooked product, we have pursued development to the limits of our ability. We now ask your assistance, as a market leader to bring our product to fruition.
