Size: Inside dimensions shall be AxBxC as follows: A = 1.880" + 0.030", -0" (therefore ID cannot be smaller than this) B = 1.400" +/- 0.200" C = 1.000" +0.200", -0.100" The open side of the shell shall be one of the large sides (AxB). Wall thickness: please state wall thickness Material: Please state material in quote (ABS, DAP, etc). Squareness: All sides of the shell shall be at right angles to each other: 90 degrees +/- 2 deg, except that the tolerance is tighter for the outside of the smallest sides (BxC) which must be 90 degrees +/- 0.5 g square to the AxB outside bottom of shell. No holes or standoffs in these shells.
