We have developed an improved method for which we are looking for a manufacturing partner. Of note is that this product is considered a cosmetic and does not require FDA certified medical facilities nor clean room operations. The ideal partner will be able to supply medical grade foam cut to our specification as well as supply whitening gel to our recipe. The gel will be injected into hard plastic tray into which the foam, attached to a flexible mouthpiece, is immersed. The covers are then locked in place and the assembly sealed in a vacuum-formed tray with foil covering.
