Inquiry (采购产品): Quote for polyurethane foam part Hello, I am a female independent inventor looking to make an initial short run (10-1,000 depending on cost)of a foam part. I would like to speak to one of your reps to see if you are willing and able to help me. The part I want to make is a cylindrical foam casing that has a longitudinal slit and tapers in thickness to the ends of the casing and to the lengthwise slit. This casing would need to be molded over a plastic insert or be assembled to it with a suitable form of adhesive. The plastic insert would probably be made of polypropelene, but could be made from ABS or other materials depending on the bonding properties/processes needed. The foam part needs to be durable,flexible & resilient, and should have some sort of reinforced/denser edges. If possible, I would like to use a foam that is recyclable(?),and UV resistant.
