Used NISSIE ASB machines available for disposal Inquiry (采购产品): Used NISSIE ASB machines available for disposal Dear sir, We understand that you are a leading manufacturer of plastic bottles in your country. Due to diversification, we have the following used Nissei ASB (Japan origin) injection stretch blow molding machines to sell:-- i) PF6-2B (2001) with resin dryer, mould dehumidifier and 4 sets of complete moulds, change parts and many additional blow moulds for making 2 ltr edible oil bottles (20,000 bottles per day), 1 ltr agro bottles (20 to 24K bottles per day), and 500 ml agro bottles (30K bottles per day). You can also make fridge bottles from the existing moulds. ii) ASB50HII (2000) with resin dryer, mould temperature controller, water chiller and 2 sets of complete moulds (a) 4 cavity 25mm 13g with 5 blow moulds for 60ml, 100ml, 120ml, 100 ml agro and 200 ml oil bottles, and (b) 2 cavity 28mm 23g 250 ml bottles. iii) PF3-1B (1997 made, 1998 installed) with resin dryer and two sets of complete moulds for 5 ltr bottles for edible oils and agro chemicals, with many change parts for weight variations and many blow moulds for different shapes. iv) Utilities like air compressors, high and low pressure, water chiller etc are common to PF6-2B and PF3-1B machines and will be available if both machines are being bought together.
