Inquiry (采购产品): Copper Allow Bus Bar for Lockheed Martin Greetings, I am inquiring about the fabrication of a particular buss bar for our system. According to the specs in this email I would like to know if it would be possible for your company to manufacture this particular buss bar and possibly give us a bid. If it is possible then I will send the actual drawings. Buss Bar Specs: Material Shall be copper sheets, strips, plates or rolled bars in accordance with ASTM-B152, Type C11000 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch). Equivalent type copper is SAE specification C110. Finish shall be Tin Plate in accordance with MIL-T-10727, Type I with a minimum plating thickness of .0005 and 300 degrees F Max temperature applications. The plating shall not be greater then 97% pure tin to prevent dendrite (tin whisker) formation. Lead or other suitable modifiers shall be used. All copper bars to be NDI inspected. Preferred NDI method is fluorescent liquid penetrant per ASTM E1417-99. No stress fractures allowed.
