Inquiry (采购产品): recleaning Al coil stock Hello; About 15 years ago, I purchased a mill run from you folfs of Al alloy 3003, temper H19, 36" wide coils. That were post-processed to be certified to "guarrenteed oil free". This was/is necessary to insure adequate (mechanical bonding only) between your aluminum and our epoxy thermoset composite dielectric. The trouble is now (9 months ago - no problem) that the Al is falling off much as I have seen it do inthe past when the foils did not go through the special cleaning process. Can you folks "reclean" one of these rolls such that I can evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning process relative to time past since cleaning ref: Al adhesion. What would be the cost, turn-time, yield losses, etc.?
