Inquiry (采购产品): Partial clean-up not moving forward Hello, A rental property I own had an oil spill (above ground tank leaked about 50 gallons of oil) this February. I hired a remediation company to contain and clean up the spill. The company took care of containing the spill, but has been busy "going to mandated classes", "sick with the flu", "another emergency came up", ever since. My calls are returned eventually, new proposals are promised, but nothing is moving forward. My tenants and neighbors have been patient to date, but I think that four months is too much time for something like this to continue. The yard is dug up and the property looks terrible. Would it be unwise for me to simply bring in a different company at this point to complete this job? Is this type of delay normal?
