My company has created a coating technology that can deposit an extremely corrosion, erosion and sliding wear resistant coating on both the interior and exterior surfaces of components. The coatings are a chemically bonded diamond like carbon (DLC) that are in service in severe corrosion and wear applications. We currently serve the gas/oil market, automotive, semiconductor, pulp and paper as well as others. Our coatings are chemically inert and have been tested under harse corrosives such as HCL, HF, CO2, H2S and others. The hardness of the coatings can be varied from 1,000-3,500 Vickers.
