Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request and Information Dear Sir, am looking for a liquid recovery system that is able to recover hydrocarbons boiling below 370 C. The idea is to separate a batch of hydrocarbon mixture conatining cuts from light naphtha to 370+ residue. such separation can only be done, under vacuum. Briefly, am conducting a scientific research on performance of commercial hydrocracking catalysts using a pilot plant consisting of two stages with interstage continuous distillation. The distillation section consists of two packed bed distillation columns working connectively. First column is operated under atmospheric pressure to separate light naphtha and heavy naphtha from distillation feed (the product from stage), whereas second column, which works under vacuum is used to recover kerosene and diesel from the bottom product of the first column. In the vacuum column, kerosene and diesel are recovered from the top as one mixture while bottom product (recycle feed), which is 370+ boiling point is sent to the second satage. One of the mian objectives of the resrach study am conducting, is to study the effect of recycle feed (370+ product)on the performance of the second stage catalyst. For technichal reasons, it happens sometimes that distillation columns goes offline, which forces operation on second satge reactor to terminate. In order to secure operation of second stage reactor, am thinking to collect the product from first stage and distill it to prepare the 370+ cut the feed to second stage (recycle feed). key information on desired equipment: Feed: mixture of petroleum products ranging from light naphtha to 370+ residue Equipment Capacity: 250 - 300 Liter Operating Temperature: up to 450 C.
