Dimensions: length - 3.375 inches, width - 0.610 +/- 0.010 inches, thickness - 0.250 inches. Coefficient of friction - between 0.4 - 0.6. Non-asbestos - essential. Non-metalic - preferred. Each pad is to be unbonded - ie - just the pad (friction lining) itself. Please specify the max compressive stress, max shear stress, Cf, and max operating temperature for the friction material you propose, IMPORTANT --> Each end of each pad is to be cut as a semi-circle, (0.610-inch diameter), looking down on the length-width plane of the pad. (Please e-mail if you would like a drawing (.dxf) of the pad.) OTHER - Brake clamping force is to be applied through the thickness of the pad. Thanks.
