It is my understanding per Susan that the tote needs to hold 2250 pounds of product. The product has a specific gravity of 1.03 per Tanda. Product pH is 0.94 +/- 0.06. The IBC needs to be in a metal cage as described by Susan. The Supplier must provide a letter stating that the IBC meets all food regulations per the CFR for packaging.
