Inquiry (采购产品): Director of Environmental Affairs Environmental Support Technologies (EST) is working with the Orange County Water District (OCWD) on environmental assessments in your area in support of the planning and installation of a new groundwater extraction and treatment facility. On behalf of the OCWD, EST hereby requests access to your property at 800 S. Raymond Ave. Fullerton, CA to perform environmental testing known as a soil gas survey. A soil gas survey consists of installing a small-diameter (1/4-inch) soil gas sampling tube by first advancing a 1?- to 2-inch-dameter hole in the ground. A diagram of a typical soil gas probe installation is shown in the attached Figure. The soil gas probes are typically installed, sampled, and removed all in the same day. EST will complete each probe location so that all you will see when we are done is a small (maximum 2-inch-diamter) concrete patch colored to match the existing paved surface. Between 5 and 10 probes are typically installed per site in accessible out-door areas. Your prompt response to this request would be greatly appreciated.
