Inquiry (采购产品): Quartz Tubing Hi I own a small glass manufacturing plant in Swaziland where we melt 100% recycled glass and blow or shape the glass by hand into various products. This glass naturally then needs to be annealed. We build our own annealing ovens to our own needs. I was recently at Glasstec in Germany and noticed that a number of the fusing oven manufacturers are using quartz tubes to house the electric elements. None of these fusing oven manufacturers would let me have the information of where the tubes were being made, due probably to them thinking that I would be going into opposition to them. This is not the case, these manufacturers do not make the size ovens that I am using, so I have found you on the internet. I have always had problems with the housing of my elements in our annealing ovens and when I saw the quartz tube idea, I thought it may be the solution for us, hence this email. My annealing ovens have a maximum temperature of 550 degC, but naturally the actual element which will be housed in the tube will be hotter than that. Do you have a product that would be able to be used for this application? The current diameter of my coil elements is around 27mm, (but we could coil them smaller), so would need a tube with an ID of slightly more than that. If your product would work, can you let me have your standard dimensions (ID, OD and lengths), as well as prices.
