Inquiry (采购产品): Require Spring Coiling machine Dear Sir, We are manufacturing Coil Springs for Railways with local coiling machine. We now require a coiling machine with the following specifications: High Speed coiling and pitching machine with in built end closing feature equipped with replaceable lead screws and mandrels to suit springs of different types of dia's 25mm to 65mm and 25mm to 90mm and length max-18inches. The CNC coiling machine shall have inbuilt end closing feature, 3 axis control featureswhich the linear axis, the helix angle of the guiding roller and the vertical axis to follow the diameter of the mandrel to provide the accurate control of pitches and bar positioning. Please let us know if you manufacture these kind of machines and whetehr you will be able to supply the same to us. We are in urgent need of this kind of machine.
