Inquiry (采购产品): metering valve I currently use a Brooks metering valve p/n 8503d-2a-4b-2b. I need a replacement valve with an operating pressure of 5000 psi with the same flow characteristics as the Brooks. I need to control flow between 50-100 cc/min at 1000 psi.
