Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request We have some rollers we use in a highly filled extrusion process that we use to help pull in and feed as well as form the material. We currently have knurled the rollers with a 10:1 diamond that is .04” deep and then coated with hard chrome. We only get about two weeks of production after we redo the surface before it wears smooth and won’t pull enough material in to feed the line. We are either looking for a coating we can apply over the knurl to keep it intact or for a coating that is rough enough to replace the need for knurl.
