Inquiry (采购产品): high speed digital imaging system am a PhD student working on the electrospinning technique. Its basically a technique that use electricity to draw nanofibers. We are setting up the equipment for our lab with Prof. We are looking for a high speed digital imaging system, may be a high speed camera with a very good resolution that can capture our images in real time. We are are looking for a set up that is compatible with windows software because we would want to use computer control. Our other interest also is the possibility of connecting directly to a TV screen or projector so that the process can be viewed as a movie in real time. i don't know much about high speed cameras but i believe the most important aspects are shutter speed, fps and resolution. Please give us some technical advice we want to purchase the equipment as soon as possible. The fibers i'm working with go down to even 50 nm and less, the maximum we can talk of the micrometer range and their velocity i can put a maximum of 150m/s. We want to capture the process in real time as some kind of movie clip and projecting from a distance of about 20 cm because the process occurs in an enclosed compartment where we view through a perspex window. We would want some kind of lighting system in that would illuminate the process for a better picture. We want good quality pictures not blurred images, they have to be very clear because careful capture of the process is extremely important for us to make progress in our research work. A microscope wouldbe difficult to monitor our process in realtime because i believe that for microscopy to get a good image we have to be very close which what we don't want because the fibers may stick on the lense or some kind of electrostatic interaction that will disturb our process. our intention is to use the images as a form of feedback into the process that we are observing, it is extremely important for us to clearly capture what is taking place in real time for us to make progress in our research. We want to have the ability to capture the proces as a movie clip so we are looking at the possibilty of connecting the camera to a computer , tv screen/projector. The capture time can typically be 30 minutes, want to capture the movie clips and save them on a computer for reprocessing in order to study the process. We are looking at the possibility of capturing the images from a distance of about 20 cm, we will view through a perspex board that is 85cm*65cm as we have to enclose the process because of elcectrostic interactions. The maximum speed of the fiber velocity that i can set is 150 m/s so i believe based on your technical expertise you should be able to calculate the optimum frames per second in order for us to get the best resolution. I was reading some literature on the relationship between frames per second, velocity of object, resolution and blurr.
