Inquiry (采购产品): Clear Anodize I have an aluminum part that is roughly two inches square with 5500 very small (blind) holes that I need coated with clear chromate. The holes are 0.016 inches in diameter, and approximately 0.05” deep. I have been using a do-it-yourself kit, but I’m not certain that the conversion solution is going to the bottom of the holes. I have been doing the dip under vacuum in order to remove the air from the holes, as the surface tension of the water generally results in bubbles that keep the solution from reaching the bottom of the holes. I have attached a drawing of the parts for reference. Please let me know if you have a process that would guarantee conversion even at the bottoms of the holes. Many thanks, Dustin. **** Hidden Message ***** Dustin Dickens CA 94538 USA Company: Wafergen Biosystems E-mail: dustin.dickens@wafergen.com **** Hidden Message ***** dustin.dickens@wafergen.com
