Inquiry (采购产品): ISO 17025 Accreditation August 26, 2010 Autoliv IBC Metrology Lab 250 American Way Brigham City, UT 84302 Subject: ISO 17025 Accreditation Dear Sir/Maam: In order to continually meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005, we (Autoliv IBC Metrology Laboratory) are actively pursuing and researching all outside companies which provide calibration services to us. We ask that you provide to us in writing a certificate that you are accredited to this standard, or that you are currently pursuing it, if you are not certified and have no plans to become certified to this Standard in the near future please respond noting this. Our Lab is A2LA accredited to 17025 and in order to adhere to the standard we must use Calibration services which meet this standard. If we cannot find a company to meet these requirements then we must submit objective evidence to A2LA and obtain a waiver from them. We appreciate your prompt response and thank you in advance.
