The "kit" would include: 4-CD set checklist - 1 page of text small booklet - 20 pages, 4.5 x 5.5 approx 10 pages of text/instructional booklet, 8.5 x 11 approx I would provide all content and am looking for the kit to be manufactured and sent out on demand.
